Orders

Placing a pre-order is the easiest and most convenient way to ensure the best supply of wholesale flowers and goods for your upcoming events.

Orders should be placed no later than two Mondays prior to the week of your required date (approx 2.5 weeks). To place an order, please use the form below.

 
  • Pre-orders are the most effective way to secure certain products and allows our team sufficient time to help source what you’re looking for.

    To help make it as easy as possible, we have up to date, comprehensive catalogues for items available all year-round. For anything seasonal, please review our Availability Guide to gain insight as to what we expect to see from our suppliers for the next 3 months.

    We require a list of the products and quantities you need (bullet form is best). Please include the variety name, colour, stem length, and any other relevant information.

    Our team will be in touch shortly after receiving your order to confirm and respond to any queries (up to 2 business days). Order supply is confirmed at the commencement of the week of your order. Should we experience any major supply chain issues, our team will be in touch directly.

    Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details about cancelling orders, as last minute cancellations can be subject to fees and charges.

  • Regional 'pack-out' orders work in the same fashion as pickup orders.

    Pack-out orders are sent via a third party courier service. We will forward you the invoice for services, typically 5-7 business days after goods have been sent . Alternatively, you are welcome to organise your own courier to collect from our showroom! Please let us know at the time of placing your order.

    Orders are generally received the next business day within Perth and Southern WA regions. Please allow up to 1 week for orders travelling to the Pilbara and Kimberley regions.

    We are only able to send fresh orders within WA from Tuesday to Thursday as we cannot guarantee overnight shipping. Preserved orders can be sent Monday to Friday.

  • Interstate orders are limited to a selected amount of our preserved and supplies products.

    Interstate orders are sent Monday to Friday, via a third party courier service. We will forward you the invoice for services, typically 5-7 business days after goods have been sent . Alternatively, you are welcome to organise your own courier to collect from our showroom! Please let us know at the time of placing your order.

  • While our team always endeavours to fulfill late and last-minute orders, please try to provide at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to pursue the maximum number of avenues to source your required product. Please contact us by phone with any urgent inquiries.

    Alternatively, we do our best to ensure there is an amazing product selection available in our Showroom on any given day. Please see our Shipment Schedule to help plan any last minute needs.

Placing your order.

As we are a floral wholesaler, our top priority is to ensure that we are best meeting the needs of businesses whose primary activity is within the floral trade industry, i.e., florists, wedding and events stylists or cake artistry. For this reason, pre-orders are reserved for these accounts.

All other registered customers outside of the above fields are kindly required to shop direct from our Showroom in West Leederville.

Mother’s Day Orders Now Closed

Our Mother’s Day orders have now closed and we kindly ask that customers shop directly from the floor for any floral needs, including additions to existing orders. Rest assured we’ll have plenty of beautiful stock arriving daily.
