  • Profresh is not open to the public and we are not a florist.

    We're a floral wholesaler, and require all customers to register for an account with their ABN to shop with us. If you're in the floral or events industry, or use flowers as part of your business, you can register for an account online! Account applications typically take 7 days to approve.

  • You’re welcome to submit a registration form provided the details submitted in your registration align with the ABN details you wish to register. We also require proof of either an online store, social media presence, or shopfront. From there your registration will be reviewed by our team. Account applications typically take 2 days to approve.

    Please be aware Profresh can deny applications at it’s discretion.

  • We sure do! For most varieties we can supply all year-round including roses, phalaenopsis, chrysanthemum disbuds and key lines of preserved products, we have some fairly comprehensive catalogues. Check out our fresh and preserved products here.

  • We’ve made it as easy as possible to see what we can supply all year-round from a broad range of local and international suppliers. Be sure to check out our availability guide to see what’s expected to be available.

  • Yes! Our team of drivers can deliver orders anywhere within the Perth metro area for a flat fee of $25. Deliveries further afield are also available, but may incur additional fees.

  • Regional and interstate 'pack-out' orders are sent via a third party courier service, usually Toll or Logiwest, at the expense of the customer. All courier fees are estimated by the courier and we will forward invoices for shipping (typically 5-7 business) days after the order has been sent from our warehouse.

    All fresh, pack out orders will be sent from Tuesday to Thursday as we cannot guarantee overnight delivery on weekends.

    Alternatively you’re welcome to organise your own courier, please advise at time of order.

    All interstate and regional orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
